Therapy for Children
Walk-and-talk therapy for children in the Livermore/Pleasanton area and telehealth to residents of California.
If you're child is navigating a major life change, a loss, anxiety, or having meltdowns, I offer walk-and-talk therapy in the Livermore and Pleasanton area.
Walk-and-talk therapy is a great method for helping children feel comfortable and open up in therapy. I also bring activities for children to engage in out in the community.
Part of my service includes working with the parents and helping you feel involved in your child’s care.

Therapy for Teens
Being a teenager is a time of major growth and change. Teens often face increasing pressure from school, shifting relationships, and the uncertainty of preparing for adulthood. Even under the best circumstances, it can feel overwhelming.
Therapy can be a transformative experience during the teenage years, helping teens build skills and confidence that will help them for years to come.
I offer a supportive and judgment-free space where teens can openly share their experiences, build skills to navigate intense emotions, and gain confidence about their future.
What Does Therapy for Teens Look Like?
Therapy with children and teens is all about building trust and creating a space where they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. Walk-and-talk sessions is a great method that can help kids and teens feel more comfortable opening up. I want my clients to feel in control of their sessions and move at a pace that feels right for them.
I value a whole-family approach to care. While maintaining the child's sense of autonomy and trust, I encourage parent involvement through regular check-ins. Monthly parent consultations provide an opportunity to stay aligned, offer support, and ensure meaningful progress both in and outside of sessions.Read more about walk-and-talk for teens here
