I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist located in Livermore, CA. I graduated from Pacific Oaks College with a specialization in trauma. I am currently working under the supervision of Mary Deggelman, LMFT.

I have worked in a variety of public schools working with children and adolescents as well as worked in private settings with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I have special interests in working with perinatal mental health as well as helping parents navigate parenting challenges.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and complex trauma. My approach is meeting the client where they are at and valuing the therapeutic relationship above all else. I utilize Psychodynamic theory, attachment work, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions with my clients.

I provide remote sessions and walk-and-talk therapy.
